The fantastic view of the National Roman Museum and the 16th-century Church of Santa Maria degli Angeli e dei Martiri is truly not to be missed! The layout is particularly comfortable for 4 guests: both double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, the kitchen comes with all appliances, and the living room includes a sofa, armchairs, and a dining table. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace, as does the spacious living room. The apartment also offers a washing machine, a dryer, and a guest bathroom.
Paid parking is available in the building upon request.
The apartment is in a strategic location, right in the city center but outside the restricted traffic zone. Repubblica metro station is just a few minutes away, and Termini Station can be reached with only an 8-minute walk. The area is perfectly connected by Metro, Bus, and Taxi.
Arrivals after 8:00 PM require a late check-in fee of EUR 30. After midnight, the fee is EUR 60. All late arrival requests must be confirmed by the property.
For stays longer than 3 nights, the cost of a mid-stay cleaning with linen change will be charged. For bookings of 6 nights or more, two intermediate cleanings per week will be charged: one with linen change and one without.
