Processing methods
The Controller adopts appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. Processing is carried out using IT/telecommunication tools and organizational methods strictly related to the stated purposes. Besides the Controller, authorized personnel and external providers may access the Data. Where required, such providers are appointed as Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Location
Data are processed at the Controller’s operating premises and/or at the locations of the parties involved in the processing. Data may be transferred to countries other than the User’s — see International Data Transfers for more information.
Retention
Unless otherwise stated, Personal Data are retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and may be stored longer to comply with legal obligations or based on User consent. Once retention ends, Data will be erased and rights such as access, rectification and portability can no longer be exercised.
Purposes of processing
Data are collected to allow the Controller to:
- Provide and improve the Service and the website’s features;
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to authority requests;
- Protect rights/interests of the Controller or third parties and prevent abuse/fraud;
- Analytics — measure traffic and performance (in aggregate; with consent where required).
Details on processing (Analytics)
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — Google LLC
Purpose: to measure traffic and analyze User behavior to improve the Service.
Personal Data processed: Usage Data, technical identifiers and related Tracking Tools.
Location: United States.
Notes: in GA4, IP addresses are used at collection time and then deleted before storage in data centers. Google may aggregate Data for its own services; see Google’s official documentation/policies for details.

Consequences of refusal
Refusing Tracking Tools may limit certain features and affect the overall browsing experience.
User Rights (GDPR)
Within the limits of the law, Users may exercise the following rights: withdraw consent; object to processing; access their Data and obtain a copy; rectification/update; restriction; erasure; portability; lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority. Requests can be sent to the Controller using the contacts provided above. The Controller will reply as soon as possible and in any case within one month. Any rectification, erasure or restriction will be communicated to Data recipients where applicable, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.
International Data Transfers
Where applicable, transfers to third countries or international organizations are carried out in compliance with Arts. 44–49 GDPR (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and with adequate safeguards to protect the Data. Further information is available on request.
Further Information
Defense in court
Personal Data may be used by the Controller in court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of this Application or related Services. The User acknowledges that the Controller may be required to reveal Personal Data upon request of public authorities.

Upon request, and in addition to the information contained in this Policy, this Application may provide the User with additional and context-specific information concerning particular Services or the collection and processing of Personal Data.
System logs and maintenance
For operation and maintenance purposes, this Application and any third-party services may collect system logs — files that record interactions and may also contain Personal Data (such as IP addresses).
