This beautiful and bright apartment has just been renovated and is located on the fifth floor of a quiet building with 24-hour concierge service and an elevator. From its large terrace, you can enjoy an exclusive panoramic view of one of Rome’s most important archaeological sites, the Baths of Diocletian.
The spaces are particularly comfortable for up to 4 guests: both double bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom, the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, and the living room offers a sofa, armchairs, and a dining table. Each bedroom has direct access to the terrace. The apartment also includes a washing machine and a dryer.
Paid parking is available in the building upon request.
The apartment is in a strategic location, right in the city center, outside the restricted traffic zone, just a few minutes from the Repubblica metro station and only an 8-minute walk from Termini Station. It is perfectly connected by Metro, Bus, and Taxi.
The fantastic view of the National Roman Museum and the 16th-century Church of Santa Maria degli Angeli e dei Martiri is a highlight not to be missed!
Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a late check-in fee of EUR 30. After midnight, the fee is EUR 60. All late arrival requests must be confirmed by the property.
For stays longer than 3 nights, a mid-stay cleaning with linen change will be charged. For bookings of 6 nights or more, two intermediate cleanings per week will be charged: one with linen change and one without.
